Sarah Butler believes in the power of Customer Service. Her career in customer service began at the young age of 16 working for a clothing company called The Bon Marche’. She then gravitated toward banking where she helped people explore the best financial options and strategies to fit their individual and unique needs. Over the next 23 years, she continued to gain experience and further her career in banking while building long lasting relationships in the community. Sarah and her own family continue to live in the heart of Port Orchard, WA, the city she grew up in. Sarah volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Kitsap Regional Library Foundation and is a member of the Maurice S Mathis Guild which works directly with the local hospital. In 2021 she followed her heart to a new career in Real Estate. Sarah then joined Gary and the G Anderson Group, LLC in the beginning of 2022. She currently holds positions as the Office/Networking Manager, Gary’s Personal Assistant, and Licensed Broker. While her focus is mainly Commercial Real Estate, Sarah also loves to answer questions and provide advice in the Residential market. Utilizing her vast connections in the community, Sarah is uniquely positioned to help people achieve their dreams and strives to assist them in reaching their life goals. Her own life goal is to create positive change in her own community. Sarah’s proudest moments are receiving the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award, in addition to the Community Partnership Volunteer Award. Amber Olsen is a Real Estate Broker with over 9 years’ experience who currently works at G. Anderson Group, LLC in Port Orchard, Washington. After graduating from South Kitsap High School, Amber got her degree in Medical Billing as a Medical Billing Specialist. She worked in that field for just over 2 years, then got right into real estate as a Real Estate Appraiser’s Assistant. She was in the appraising field for almost 11 years when she was introduced to Gary Anderson. Gary hired Amber to be his assistant and within 1 year, she was now a licensed Real Estate Broker. Amber continued to work at G. Anderson Group, LLC for a total of 5 years then decided to move on to John L. Scott, Inc. in Port Orchard where she received more training in the residential real estate field, working alongside many experienced agents. Recently, Amber was given the opportunity to return to G. Anderson Group, LLC to work with her mentor, Gary Anderson, to further her knowledge in the Commercial, Vacant Land and Development fields of real estate. Of course, this does not stop her from her passion in the residential world of real estate! Amber still loves to work, selling and listing homes in the surrounding areas. Neighbor to Neighbor, Friend to Friend! When Amber is not working, she loves to enjoy time with her family. She has a daughter, Kayli, a son, Talon and a granddaughter, Madeline and they keep her busy with fun activities and sports. She also loves meeting up with friends to walk the farmers market or just go out for an evening and catch up. Amber is also part of many clubs within the area including, SK Rotary, Businesswomen of Kitsap, Eagles Club and other Social Media Clubs. Joe Percacciolo hails from the Empire State and has been a Washingtonian for almost 10 years now. As an avid sports fan, if Joe is not spending time with his loving wife Leah and his three children-Braelen, Raegen, and Hartlee, you can most likely find him at a sports stadium or playing golf. With now over five years of commercial real estate experience, and almost ten years in the banking/wealth management industry, Joe knows what it takes to help his clients and build long lasting relationships. Lastly, as a citizen of Kitsap County, the Port Orchard/Bremerton area specifically, he is personally invested in the growth of his community and looks forward to being involved in helping it reach its full potential.

Born and raised in Northern California, Nancy was educated at San Jose City College, Cabrillo College and San Jose State University, majoring in English and Design. She traveled widely in the US and Europe over the next years. She raised three awesome, productive citizens who have since produced three more awesome and productive citizens. With her husband, she moved to WA in 1991. Nancy has an extensive background in corporate executive support, and has been a small-business owner and board member for non-profit organizations. She began her real estate career in 2004 in Bellingham, first as a solo agent, then formed a successful team with another realtor. Nancy moved to Kitsap County in 2017, and joined G. Anderson Group, LLC as a Managing Broker and Office Manager in 2018. She has recently stepped back to handle research and special projects for the Firm. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys gardening, fiber arts, classical music, and spending time with her family.
