A Kitsap County resident my entire life, I grew up in a rural community of South Kitsap known as Olalla on a family farm. My rural roots gave me an appreciation for the special area I live in, so I pursued an education in accounting to open doors to business so I could find my niche somewhere in the Pacific Northwest.  After pursuing a few different careers, I decided to listen to my conscience and seek the career I was meant to persue, Real Estate.  26 years ago I went to work for one of the strongest residential real estate companies in Kitsap County, Royal Oak Better Homes and Gardens.  After 13 years focusing on and learning residential sales, I decided to change horses and use my accounting background to learn commercial real estate.  For me, this has been like introducing a duck to water, because it was a natural fit and I enjoy the many facets of commercial property sales, development, leasing and management.  Along about this time my partner and I formed Kitsap Commercial Group, and we have focused on commercial property and residential property development sales and management for  14 years.  I then decided to start my own company and formed G. Anderson Group LLC.  Another area of interest that I assist clients with, and enjoy personally, is commercial and residential land development by taking property in a raw state to a fully developed condition.

Although G. Anderson Group LLC specializes in commercial properties, we have a long standing experience with residential sales, and market residential properties under "Kitsap Residential Real Estate Group".
